EXPERIENCE

 

Estimation Software Designer – TP Mechanical Contractors

Produced software to integrate the use of Autodesk ESTMEP software with spreadsheets, thereby increasing productivity in the Estimating department.  Worked within all departments to help develop the use of existing data to facilitate data control and analysis, and process scheduling.

 

Mechanical and Plumbing Project Coordinator – TP Mechanical Contractors

Utilize technical skills to prepare BIM drawings for permit and/or construction coordination using CAD software. Cradle to grave project tracking and coordination of projects including Hospitals and Universities.  Perform on-site equipment and existing condition surveys.

 

Commercial Estimator / Logistics Coordinator – AirStar Heating and Cooling

Job cost estimation for commercial plan/specification and design/build engineering of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.  Equipment and material buyout and project logistics and coordination.  Design of data tracking and organization systems for company wide use.

 

Computer Aided Machining – University of Louisville Rapid Prototyping Center

Created 3D models using SolidWorks, and then fabricated these parts using Selective-Laser Sintering Technology.  Tested various materials using ASME standards.  Analyzed statistical data and organized for presentation to clients regarding alternative materials for processes.

Materials Engineer – ISP Chemicals, Inc
Conducted root-cause analysis of non-conformance in product system control values.  Developed Six Sigma data tracking and analysis techniques for process and quality control.  Responsible for capital cost estimation and project management of 50,000 gallons additional capacity to hazardous chemical storage.

 

Teaching Assistant – University of Louisville Chemical Engineering Department
Responsible for instructing 28 4th year students in Computer Programming for 
Chemical Engineers.  Lectured on programming theory and data manipulation using 
Excel and Visual Basic.  Created and analyzed calculus and statistics based problems for projects and exams.
